Captchify takes your privacy seriously. In this privacy policy we refer to "you" and "your" meaning a software user and their personal information when discussing various points in our policy. We know you value privacy, or you would not be interested in Captchify, and we hope to give you the same confidence in our use of your personal data as we do with the encryption of personal files.

Registration Information

The Personal Data we collect from you at registration is used to identify you as a user of the Captchify software and for billing for your subscription. Your information is shared with our billing service using Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption and your information is shared with other service providers in a secure manner. We do not sell or rent Personal Data to marketers or unaffiliated parties. Your Personal Data is used only for the managing of your account subscription and internal operations.

As is true of most websites, programs and apps, we gather certain information automatically. Our technologies may collect the IP address of your computer, the pages you visit within the network, the date and time of your visit, browser type and version, and other data (collectively "Analytics and Tracking Data").

Modifications

We retain all rights to modify our Privacy Policy as needed. We recommend that you return to our website from time to time to see if modifications to our privacy policy have occurred. If you see modifications in our Privacy Policy that you do not approve of, you may unsubscribe. Right to Terminate Use

If the Captchify Software is identified as being used for illegal purposes, and either a government or law enforcement agency queries us, we will cooperate to the fullest extent of the law, and divulge your identity and personal information to such agencies. We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time without notice. We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government or public authorities request. We may also disclose your personal information to any other third party with your prior consent.

Third Party Services and Personal Data

Captchify attempts to use reputable service providers for various aspects of your account. We are not responsible for, or liable for, as to how any third party services use your Personal Data.

If your subscription ends, Captchify may retain your Personal Data for our internal files and in case you chose to resubscribe to our service, but we cannot be responsible for service providers that we haven't used removing your Personal Data from their internal files or attest to their security.

To make sure your Personal Data information is secure, we communicate our privacy and security guidelines to all employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within our company.

3. Your E-Mail address
4. The last four digits of you Credit Card or Debit Card Account

All other information we collect at your registration is for use by our third party providers.

Security Standards

Captchify is dedicated to high security standards. We employ security measures to guard the information we process against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, alteration, disclosure, access, or other use, and we comply with applicable security requirements. Despite these high standards, you understand and agree that perfect security does not exist, and that there is inherent risk in providing your personal information to anyone. Captchify only retains limited personal information to protect your personal data. We also choose third party providers who have expressed high security standards so that other information collected for billing remains as secure as possible. However, despite the measures we take, no security measures can be 100 percent secure; we therefore do not warrant the security of any information provided to or collected by us. Testimonials

We post customer testimonials on our future advertisements and product marketing which may contain Collected Information. We obtain the customer's consent via email prior to posting the testimonial and attaching the user's name along with their testimonial. If you want your testimonial removed, please contact us at support@captchify.com

Children's Privacy

Captchify Software is not intended for use by minors. If you are under the age of 18, you may not use this Website unless you have the consent of, and are supervised by, a parent or guardian. Parents and Guardians who choose to allow minors to encrypt documents must create an account for such use, guarantee regular payment and be solely responsible as to how minors use the encryption service.

Marketing

Your e-mail address may be used to receive marketing messages or advertisement of third party products. You may unsubscribe from messages from third party advertisements. You may receive information about our services through third party services using their internal mailing lists.

Special Notice to California Consumers

California Civil Code Section 1793.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Information to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. Since we share your information with other service providers for your account management, you may request a list of our affiliates by e-mailing Captchify at support@captchify.com. You may make one request per calendar year. Please attest to the fact that you are a resident of California, and provide your e-mail address for your response. Please allow up to 6 weeks for a response.

Internet Use

We and our partners may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information from you. We do so for several reasons including but not limited to analyze trends, administer and track users', and to gather demographic info about our user base as a whole. We may also use Web Beacons which are small, graphic images on web pages or web-based documents or in email messages. We may use web beacons in order to personalize your experience, determine the usefulness of the information our Services provide and to analyze general user traffic patterns. We may also use web beacons as a way to transmit Consumer Account Info.

Those who choose to access the Captchify software or this Site do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations.
